This is the Journal of Local Emissaries United, Promoting upstate NY, and encouraging communication between cities everywhere. Our first trip to cities around the US to make friends, begin communications, and generate awareness departed on July 5th 2007, and ran for approximately 3 weeks. Here you will find record of our travels, our experiences, and our activities.
